Terms and Conditions

Customer Registration

Creating a customer account is not mandatory; however, we recommend registering for a more convenient shopping experience.

Placing an Order

To place an order:
Select the product → add it to the shopping cart → fill in the required information correctly.

Data Protection

Your personal data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed via bank links and other secure payment methods provided by Montonio.

When paying via bank link, please make sure to click the button “Return to Merchant” on the bank’s page after completing the payment.

Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by card, in the secure environment of Montonio.

The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details. The sales contract becomes effective once the payment has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.

The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Montonio Finance UAB.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the notification.

Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include value-added tax (VAT).

Shipping costs are added to the price.

SIA Latvian Horsemarket reserves the right to change prices.

Delivery Time and Shipping

Orders are processed after the payment has been received.

Delivery time is calculated from the date of payment.

If the order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the order will be shipped together once all items have arrived.

Delivery times:

Products in stock: 1–3 working days

If the product is not in stock: up to 30 days.

If delivery is delayed, we will inform you by email as soon as possible.

Exchanges and Returns

You have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from receiving the package.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
