Elyte Fast is particularly useful not only during hot seasons, when horses sweat more, but also in all situations where horses experience increased sweating, such as intensive training, competitions, and long-distance rides.
Elyte Fast is especially suitable for endurance competitions, as it can be easily mixed with water and administered to horses at veterinary or assistance checkpoints.
The Elyte Fast formula contains aspartates, which release electrolytes and aspartic acid after ingestion. Aspartic acid is a glycogenic amino acid that can increase energy production via the Krebs cycle and improve physical performance.
In particular, potassium and magnesium salts help preserve muscle glycogen and stimulate its resynthesis.
Elyte Fast also contains L-glycine, the simplest known amino acid, which accelerates the restoration of electrolyte salts within cells and plays a key role in the synthesis of proteins, ATP, glutathione, and glycogen. For this reason, L-glycine is considered a novel antioxidant.
Instructions for use
Administer 10 cl (100 ml) per day (corresponding to the first mark on the measuring chamber).
In cases of prolonged exertion and/or during hot seasons, the dosage may be increased up to 25 cl (250 ml) per day.
Elyte Fast is especially recommended for horses that tend to sweat heavily.
Always ensure access to clean, fresh drinking water.
Elyte Fast can be added to drinking water or the daily feed ration.
Recommended period of use:
From one to three days after heavy sweating.
(As each horse is unique, complementary feeds and feed materials should always be introduced gradually into the horse’s diet.)
