Complementary feed for horses
Unika Maltoenergy is a paste-form complementary feed designed to support horses’ energy levels during competitions. It is based on two key ingredients for all horses that need energy to sustain specific efforts such as training, competition, or long rides: maltodextrin and vitamin C.
When to use:
Maltoenergy is ideal for horses that require ready-to-use, pre-competition energy supplementation.
Composition – properties of the ingredients:
Maltodextrins are carbohydrates that provide rapid energy because they are sugars that do not need to be digested and instead enter the bloodstream directly.
Directions for use:
Administer Maltoenergy paste 1 hour before the competition.

Show jumping: Use 1 syringe before the start of the competition. If necessary, add another syringe before the jump-offs.

Endurance: Use 1 syringe 1 hour before the start. Additional doses can be given as needed during the event.
(Note: As every horse is different, supplements and feed should always be introduced gradually into the horse’s diet.)
